People

Amanda Lee Smith and Lindsay White are the co-founders of Monday — a branding agency with a mission to seduce people into the outdoors and build brands that enhance human potential. Both are copywriters-turned-strategists and industry leaders who have grown a multimillion dollar business serving clients including adidas, lululemon, Arc’teryx, MEC and EA Sports. Futuretense grew out of their desire to support smaller startups— and specifically women founders. Their vision is to create a future of flourishing women-led businesses rooted in empathy, sustainability and health.
